COPYRIGHT

All images published on the Web Site (the “Contents”) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and are owned by Monica Janes Fine Art.  Monica Janes Fine Art grants you a limited right to access and use the Web Site.  You may not modify, create a derivative work, display, distribute, or in any way exploit, in whole or in part, any of the Contents without seeking prior written permission from Monica Janes Fine Art.  You are also restricted from using any automated device or manual process to copy, monitor, index or data mine the contents of the Web Site.

Please note that I, Monica Janes Fine Art, retain all rights to all artwork, even those of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original). I am currently not selling full rights to any original paintings. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist’s written permission.

I request information from you on the order form. To purchase artwork, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders only. If there is difficulty processing an order, I'll use this information to contact you. I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party outside of this organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. I respect your privacy.
